how do you capture halo 3 from xbox to computer?

have used a av splitter to connect xbox to dazzle 90 capture card then to pc am using virtual dub but have to have xbox set to pal 50 but halo3 does not support this you have to run it in pal 60
any ideas how to get halo 3 to run in pal 50
