How do you get some halo 3 maps?

I've looked and looked but I just can't get some of these maps. I don't have blackout, and some other ones... do I get them from live or something?

you need Microsoft points or just download from friends or other players

yeah you have to buy the map pack for 800msp gives you 4 maps Blackout being one of them theres also Coldstorage which is free then you can always go to the Forge and load up Foundry wipe it clean and make your own maps. look me up on Bungie.net, Bronzemonkey42 and check out my file share ive got 2 maps in there if you want to check them out. hehe

you kan go to xbox live..I think they still might have ti on there..but yeah my friend got all hiz mapz on there...thatz all I kan think off

blackout is part of the legendary mapack, it cost 800 microsoft points and you have to buy it from live. if you dont have live there is no way you can ever get those maps.
and btw the mapack includes ghost town, blackout(remake of lockout from halo 2) and avalanche (remake of a map in halo 1)
