how do you return a scratched halo 3 game for a refund?

so i bought a halo 3 game right....and wen i played it, it froze....later the next day when i took out the disc the game had a circle around it....when i tried to play story mode it said failed to start.....could i return this for a refund or for another copy?

if the game was new i dont think they would return it, its like this time, i bought a game for game cube and the games were not good, well i mean that when i bought the game it came bad, i guess you should take it back and see what happens

You go back to the story and you yell at the manager and say hey man i was trying to play halo 3 and it didnt work cause there is a big scratch on it .I deserve my money back or ill sue you!!!'

ooooh. you burned a ring in it. That happened to me when i played fable 2. um.....
the only way you can burn a ring on a disc is if you tilt the 360 while it's on.
The only way you can return it is if u know a friend that works at the store.
otherwise... you can't if its a brand new game (not used)
they dont sell defected games.

If it was used when you got it just take it and the receipt back and get a refund. If you bought it new, and you scratched your out of luck. Unless you sell it back to a used store they might give you some money on it.
