how do you send a halo 3 screenshot/map to bungie?

I am completly lost, I have a few cool lookin screenshot and this one map that I have been workin on for a long time but I dont know how to send it to bungie. If you know how plz tell me!

If you are already signed up to bungie.net, I believe the last 30 screenshots you take (while connected online) are automatically uploaded to your Bungie Profile page.

when u take the pic it goes to bungie so u dont have to send it in
