How do you turn Sgt. Johnson in to a flood in halo 3?

In youtube this guy showed a video of sgt johnson turning into a flood can anyone tell me how I can do this? be discriptive as possible plz. Also someone else told me to keep going after Johnson dies I did this and it didnt happen.
