how do you un-stick sticky grenades in halo 3?

You can't. Once you throw them onto someone, they can't be stop.

It's actually a glitch that HALO 3 has. I've seen it happen to friend and it's also happen to me but there no really way to do it. It's just a glitch that xbox live has.

Wow its kinda self explanatory you cant plain and simple, theres no special cheat or hack you cant, you get stuck say "O f**k" and die.

But you can, once you are stuck, be a suicide bomber and run into somebody to take them down with you or at least kill their shields and someone else can come along and kill them
