How to host boot in halo 3?

plz can anyone tell me how to host boot show the programs i need and the tut plz i really need 2 know asap i am NOT talking about booting someone in my party

The best way to boost is to get a new account (its free when made on the 360). Then you play a ranked game and lvl up. After awhile you start to play social and leave all games until you reach 0 exp. now you are a recruit but still the same rank. Now you can rank up faster then other players. Now if you want to take it a step up you can play ranked games but rite before you win YOU LEAVE THE GAME. Even though you left you will level up because your team won (this is to help those who lag out of games). Now you dont have the exp so you shouldnt even be a recruit and after a while you will recieve a rank. it takes a while for the rank to show since your team needs to win first.
