A 'no scope' is when you kill someone with the sniper rifle without using the zoom.

U kill someone without using the scope on your sniper rifle. The best way is to put your sniper reticle level with the opponents head and then move horizontal, pulling the trigger when it gets to the head. Practice in custom games will help!
