I am trying to put videos on youtube from halo 3 and ppl r telling me to use...

A capture card is a card (device) that plugs on or into your computer and allow a connection to another video device such as a camcorder or camera. Most people want screenshots of something on thier monitor so they will connect their camcorder to their computer using a capture card to record the monitors deisplay. With most newer camcorders, these cards arent necessary.
