i can't play custom games on halo 3 can someone help me please?!?!?!?

Every time i go to play custom games it say i "can't play user created content ' i don't know what to change or do. it also does the same thing when someone sends me pictures i can't look at it because of the same reason PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Also if that doesn't work leave it for a bit and it might be good after not going on far a day. it worked for me but my problem might of been different. try the other solution first obviously.

Make sure your privacy settings on your xbox are set to allow everything.
