I have over 750 of 1000 gs in Halo 3 but i cannot equip Security shoulders. Why?

here's my bungie.net page; as you can see, i have 885 Gamerscore in Halo 3. I was also informed that even though there is now a possible 1750 GS, you still only have to get 750 for security. If this is not true, how much gs do you need? Thank you.

Are you connected to LIVE?

They actually unlocked Security Shoulders for everyone, because they were glitching on and off.
And I'm pretty sure that it was 750...hmm...Idk.

Oh! Maybe they all have to be achievements from the original game..not the added ones...

I really dont know...sorry.
