I need help with halo 3 skulls!!!!!?

Is there an easy way to get the skull on the mission cortana? (i think its tilt but im not for sure) and is the IWHBYD skull sequence or whatever 4654534? and if not wat is it?
where exactly is the tilt skull? ive looked through the level but i didnt reall see anything
