In Halo 3 can I put the flags for Capture the Flag where I want, in Forge Mode?

In Halo 3 can i pick the spots where the flags show up? Or the Oddball ball. If there is a way, can you tell me how to do it?
well that stinks. me and my friend made a map that would be pefect for ctf but the blue team flag is right beside the red base, and the red flag is behind the red base, and its hard to get behind the base. its a cool map. its called Slayer Derby, get it off my file share.

in halo3 there is no way, but there is in halo2, bungie thought that if you know where the oddball or the flag is, the game would be less fun because everybody knows where you are when you either have the oddball or flag with you, so they took that feature out so now you have to hunt the person that has the flag donw.
