In halo 3, can you get the meta game achievements in co-op. If so, what

setting: Free For All or Team Scoring? Im trying to get my last 9 achievements (meta game achievements) so tha i can get the katana armor, and security head, and im doing it on co-op becasue its easier, and im trying to help a friend get his meta game achievements.

yes you can do it on co-op, not sure about the second bit tho - when i did it co-op i had free for all on and it worked so try that
