In Halo 3 I cannot play DLC or Hardcore games because it says I do not have the...

...maps required (read for more) Even though I have both the Heroic and Legendary map packs it will not let me play DLC, Hardcore or the Double Experience Weekend Games. Every time I switch to them in the matchmaking lobby it tells me that I dont have the maps required as stated above. I have tried restarting my Xbox and redownloading the maps... Please help.
I have both map packs, I can access both in custom games
I have checked my hardrive, they are both on there

u probably don't got the maps lkike heroic andlegendary

once in a while it does that to me... not often. i just sign out and sign back in and it ususally lets me

First check your hard drive to make sure it downloaded completely, and then when the screen comes up saying you do not have the maps open a custom game and change the map and a load screen will come up and take about 5-10 seconds and then when it closes click on change the map again and it should show your maps and then you can proceed to matchmaking.
