In Halo 3, what effects does the IWHBYD skull have?

On a website, it said something like a bonus dialogue throughout the game but i don't hear anything new.

The skull has no multiplier bonus for the Meta-game. While active, it makes NPC enemies say funny or clever things. Some things I've heard them say when I had it on were, "Who wants cake?" and "He was my lover!". It's more of a comical thing, than something that actually changes gameplay.

It will tell you everything that every character says... for instance, Sgt. Johnson will say something like "That one called you fat Chief!"....

Just go to that webpage and read a little bit and all will be explained

The "I Would Have Been Your Daddy" skull CHANGES dialogue throughout the game, not adds more. You'll hear soldiers' remarks and they'll be way different than things the would have said otherwise. Good stuff. Lots funnier
