in matchmaking on halo 3 how do you change the map that you play on if you are

the party leader??? when you go into matchmaking and you find a match and it shows the map that you play at. how do you change it if you are the party leader and how would you change the game type as well??

you cant change the map that you play on in matchmaking; you need a majority vote from both parties ( yours and your opponents) you can only change the map and game type, to your liking, in a custom game

You can not change the map while you are in matchmaking. The point of matchmaking is to find a match for you. With enough votes from other people you can veto the current map/gametype and it will replace it with another option from that playlist.

However, if you want to play on a custom map and gametype you change the lobby to the Custom Game lobby you cant change the map that you play on in matchmaking; you need a majority vote from both parties ( yours and your opponents) you can only change the map and game type, to your liking, in a custom game
