Is anyone else disappointed with Halo 3?

I myself think Halo 3 is over rated i couldnt wait until it came out and i liked the campaign & online but then i went back on gears of war and i realised how much halo 3 was lacking the graphics werent as good online play wasnt as good and more people speak on GOW so i was wandering if anyone else has found it a let down?

its over rated because ders been a big hype abut it and everyone was getting excited near enough
