is halo 3 anything like ratchet deadlock?

and also is it worth getting a 360 for because if not i think ill just stick to CoD4 and the soon to come CoD5 on my ps3 not interested in single player games anymore im strictly local and online multiplayer.with maybe the exception of Final fantasy xiii
i mean gameplay wise because i loved the feel of ratchet deadlock and the speed it really heated up the multiplayer
