Is Halo 3 for pc available yet? and if so.....?

Can you play matchmaking matches on xbox live from your pc? like, can I play on my vista pc in social/ranked matches with my buddy who is playing on his xbox 360? thanx

Halo 3 is not out for PC yet, and when it is you will not be able to play with people from X-box360s, just like Halo 2 for Vista.

They do not plan on making Halo 3 for the pc.
