Is Halo 3 going to be a PC game?

cause I really cant afford an xbox 360 and I really want to play Halo 3. I have Halo and Halo 2 and I love them.

I agee with them but i thik you can download an emulator or summot off the internet so you can pu youre xbox games into your pc! KWL! lol
