Is Halo 3 on legendary hard?

yes it is, get better by playing against better people, probably live would help. also don't jump to legendary if you can only barely beat normal learn how to beat normal easily, then learn how to beat the next level up easy then try legendary.

Very. Play through normal first, or heroic if you think you can handle it, but unless you're pretty good, they'll destroy you on legendary. try leg on multiplayer first, then try solo...but be careful. don't rush up, guns blazing. perfect br's and snipers. they come in real handy. stickies too. keep to your corners and shoot from a distance as much as you can. other than that, try, try, try again. you'll get it...eventually.
