Is halo wars worth getting?

i was great dissapointed with the third installment of halo, and i was wondering if halo wars was good?

I dont how you were dissapointed in halo 3 it honetsly deserves greatest game off all time but as in halo wars its not made by bungie its from ensemble studios so it wont dissapoint. I think its a great game its just its not easy to be good at immidialy and it is challenging but i would suggest it.
