Is it ok to sell Halo 3 and then buy Halo 3 ODST?

Basically, besides the campaign, is Halo 3 ODST the same as Halo 3?
If I wanted to sell my Halo 3 and the buy Halo 3 ODST, am I losing anything besides the campaign?

your not loosing anything ODST comes with a copy of Halo 3 so if you do sell halo 3 you'll just get a newer copy with ODST
