Is it possible to get Recon armor by making a Mechanima for halo 3?

im in the process of making one. If it is possible to get recon with a mechanima, i need a special requirement for it because i doubt bungie will award it to anyone who makes a mechanima

no only way they give it away is if you enter their contest and win, or work for bungie, only possible ways maybe soon it will be available to everybody, but i doubt it.
