is there a halo movie coming out ?

officially NO

in 2007, two design teams were put to work to make the movie. they couldnt work together so the movie was scrapped in Nov 2007

Unofficially, there are some directors and Microsoft that still have interest.

But as of right now NO

Halo Series was supposed to be released on 2021 but it was delayed. It was later released on Paramount+ on 24th March 2022. It's got 9 episodes if I remembered correctly. You can check it out on Paramount+ if you have their subscription.
