Is there anyway to fix my Halo 3 disc?

2 of my multiplayer levels don't work.(Valhalla and the Desert level).and that was just the beginning, now my whole campaign doesn't work.I can still play online, just cant play those 2 levels.And one more think there is a ring all the way around my disc, and i hear that might be the reason.(it was there when i got it new)
PLEASE, are there any ways to fix it?
