It wont let me play with my friend on xbox 360 Halo 3..?

Whenever my friend and I try to play together (just us) it wont work. We cant even have a private chat with eachother.

It says something about the NAT router connection.

So, we have to wait until our other friend gets on to invite both of us to his game (and it works).

How do I make it so I can invite him to my game?

you will need get your nat settings to open
go into network settings, test xbox live connection and it will say if nat is open, moderate or strict, if it needs changing you need to either contact your internet service provider or look through your routers manual. good luck
