Marathon(Security) Shoulder Error Halo 3?

i unlocked the marathon shoulders in halo 3 when i unlocked the marathon man achievement. i wore them for about 2 weeks, untill one day i cheked my servise record and my shoulders were reseted to mark 5. i looked 4 security shoulders but it said they were locked. y did it relock itself? and i already have the achievement now, so how can i get it back? also sumtimes i go on and it sais i have the security shoulders but as soon as i put them on my guy they reset to mark 5 and it shows up as locked. i have marathon man achievement over 750 gamerpoints and 36 out of 49 achievements if any of that matters.

The security shoulders are seriously bugged up, play without them for now. If you get 1000/1000 points and you still don't have them, contact Bungie through an e-mail, or check the forums on bungie.net, as there is no way you can personally fix the problem
