I'm quite boring when it comes to ordering at Maccy D's. It consists of:

2 Cheese Burgers, Large Fries, Bottle of water and a chocolate doughnut

Fillet-o-Fish meal with Chocolate milkshake. That does it for me. Then I have to have a McFlurry after eating the meal. It tops it all.
