PLease help me in Halo 3 ODST, I am stuck, confused, and starting to get irrataded.?

In Halo 3 ODST, I'm in the Mombassa streets right before the Data Hive Level and My main beacon point is still on Tayari Plaza even though I already beat that level. So now I can't find where the underground passage is to get to the next level. Please help.
