How do you customize your halo 3 guy on xbox live.

Well first of all you need to get some achievements done, probably need to beat the game at least on Normal, (but if you beat it on Legendary you get EOD armor). Once you get a sort of variety, when your in a game lobby Press Start, then press over to Settings, then go to Appearance, and customize your colors, emblem, and armor according to however you want it. You can also change your class from a Spartan to Elite, if you like.
