how do you change your rep on halo 3? i get a bad rep because im a girl, and a desent player, but i guess people dont like that so i get a bad rep, and its also taking me more than 5 minutes to find a game on live, how can i change this?

Don't worry...their just jealous that a girl can pwn them because they are n00bs. (Since i dont hav halo lol...win more games and get more kills?)
