Unreadable disc error with Halo 3?

I just bought Halo 3 yesterday and played it once yesterday. Tried to today and i got the "unreadable disc error". No scratches on the game or anything. The error came on once yesterday. I took it out,wiped it and it workd fine. Now its not. How can i fix this?

You should go back to the store where you purchased it and exchange it.
