What classifies as "equipment" in Halo 3?

One of the achievements is to destroy a vehicle with equipment in a free-for-all online ranked match, or in campaign. I'm wondering if sticky grenades classify as equipment or if it has to be some type of exploding scenery.

Equipment includes all special grenades ie bubble shields power drain and trip mines. the latter is the easiest to get the achievement with just throw a mine in front of a moving vehicle and watch it explode.

Nope you need to use mines. You can do this in campaign pretty easy, there is a point in Tsavo Highway I think it is, where you get a mine and two choppers come around the corner. Getting it in a ranked game used to be impossible, but maybe you can now I dont know.
