what do i do with this skull i found halo 3?

i was playing halo 3 one day and i found a skull on like the first level and i picked it up and i didnt know what to do with it.. do i throw it away? do i finish the levil with it? do i shoot it? or tee bag it? idk

each skull has a certain thing u can activate. once u find one pick it up and drop it. finish the level and u will be able to activate it. some skulls even unlock achievements. to activate a skull press x in the campaign lobby and it will bring up which ones u have found. there are four at the bottom that make the game more fun, but they dont count as achievements the other nine do. u get 10 gamerscore points.

Use it as a weapon to do damage and another tip: on the last level kill Cheif Johnson three times until you get infinite spartan laser.

Don't get rid of it. I actually haven't played Halo 3 yet, but in Halo 2, skulls were little rewards that could be found on higher difficulties in hard-to-find locations that could do some amusing things. Among those amusing things were to get rid of your HUD, make you invisible, jump super high, etc. In Halo 3, the function is probably the same. I don't know what the particular skull you found does, but keep it and search on Google for the name of the level you found it on followed by skull. (ie. "levelName skull")
