What do you guys think about HALO 3?

i still love playing halo 2, is halo 3 really as good as all the hype it generated?

My Brother has all three Halo games. I say it definitely lives up to the hype. The online play is as good, if not greater than Halo 2, The graphics have definitely improved. The ability to replay entire matches and take screenshots is awesome. And if you're creative and patient enough, there's a forge feature where you can create your own maps. I would buy it even if it didn't have all these features just to finish the fight.

More of the same, short lived game. Still has a popular cult status around the series--but the game came up slightly short of expectations. Gears of War and the Call of Duty series proved to be more fresh, interesting, more diverse gameplay and a generally better value for the same amount of money.

Check out the public sales reports, especially in the first week of each games' sales--then compare to sales to date. Pretty impressive on how short lived the game was.

The plot is pretty good... but multiplayer, I wouldn't say is much better. I still prefer Halo2, partly because all maps are free for Halo 2 now, and I can still beat most people at Halo 2 snipers.

You love Halo 2 and haven't gotten Halo 3 yet? SHAME!!

If you like Halo 2, you'll love Halo 3. It's basically more of the same with better graphics.

its fine and tells the end of the series. But its no Call of Duty 4
