What is a halo 3 negative booster?

I want to know what a halo negative booster is, and also if you are like -50 exp and do lone wolves or something is it true that one win will get you from level 1 to level 10?

well really kid i dont think any 1 tried but if u really wanna c create a new acc cuz evry new acc has 1 moth free and try it it wont hurt ur main acc so jsut try it
