What is that Wierd little Symbol In Halo 3 Matchmaking next to some Usernames?

When you are waiting for the game to begin, you see the names lined up in a list on the top right side of screen right?. Well, sometimes , on certain people's names i see a wierd symbol in the gap between the end of the name and the Rank and Rank Badge. WHat is it? It kind of looks like a gear with teeth laying down with a hole in it and a stick coming out of it.

It's a bungie pin you get this if you go to bungie.net sign in and take it off hide mode...wait 5 min. and it should be there.
