what is the best way to beat the metapoints achievement on halo 3?

i need to get the achievements for the last flood level and the ark. i also need some multi player achievements. what is the best way to get them?

set the game on easy, go for head shots they are worth more, and try to beat the level as fast as you can. headshots are the key
