what is the best xbox 360, or the xbox 360 elite? which is the newest?

and will they be able to play halo 3? which concole is better? i am wanting to buy one but dont know the difference between them.

If you have the money, get the XBox360 Elite. It is the newest and also black in colour (This is not racism. I'm just glad they made it black). It also has fixed bugs and problems from the earlier console (XBox360 Core, Premium)...All of the three consoles are able to play Halo3 (not the first XBox) but I would mostly recommend XBox360 Elite.Prices for now.>>XBox360 = $300-$350>>XBox360 Elite = $350-$400

I purchased XBox360 Elite because it's better in my experience of having played both of them before I decide to buy for myself. My guys had both Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Elite. I played at theirs few times before I got mine.

I think Xbox Elite will be great because it is the newest. Xbox 360 and Xbox Elite can play the halo games very perfectly. But I know that Xbox Elite will be more better for games because it's an updated version of Xbox 360.
