..."file not found" error. Why? How do I fix this? I already know that I DON'T need Sparkify, PPF-0-matic, or Sparkedit to do this. I just want to open the map in Halo Mapping Tools. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! I'm using Windows Vista, full .NET framework is installed, too.
