whick should I get Halo 3 or Call of duty 4?!?!?!?!? help me someone?

Ok look everyone im saving up to buy a game and i finally have enough money to get a game for my xbox 360.... i cant get both of them because I don't have enough money otherwise I would. So heres the question should I get call of duty 4 or halo 3 please tell which one is better. I dont want to regret making the wrong decision

they are REALLY both fun and great in online mode.
Alot of people have Halo 3 so it'll be fun online.
but alot have Call of Duty so it'l be fun also
Even though i love halo, i feel like its overrated already.
So i'd go with Call Of Duty.
There is no wrong decision to this question.

personally they are both good games .personally i like call of duty better because i like shooting people a good 5 shots and they die. in halo you have to shoot them with 5 clips of a gun

they are both excellent games....i have played both a lot...but i would say halo...it has better online play and a fairly good campaign
