why am i getting slow down while playing halo 3 co op?

download 1647 kbps
upload 419 kbps

i test xbox live connection and everything looks fine there
i was only playing with 1 other person online in co op
i was also using a wired linksys router and somebody else was on the internet
would getting faster speed fix the problem
its also lagging when i zoom out of the scope of a gun

Sounds fine to me, it may be your friends lag. When someone online has lag it seems to affect everyone else in the same game.
