Why cant I get the Iron Skull on halo 3?

I ran through heroic with my friend on co-op and got most of the skulls but we missed to iron one. Ive tried to go back multiple times and pick it up but its never there. I have not gotten the Iron skull achievement either. I know where it is, ive seen many videos on youtube showing me all the skull locations.
Mannnnnn lol the skull is at the end of the level...oh well lol thanks

In order to obtain any halo 3 skull you must start the level from the BEGINNING and it will be there

:D
