Why can't I use User-created things when I play Halo 3?

When I first played Halo 3 about a year ago I never had a problem with user-created things. Then I took a hiatus and played COD4 for awhile. Recently I started playing Halo 3 again but I can't use user-created things.

Does anyone know why this is?

You may have reached your custom content limit. you can only have 100 user created pics, videos, maps, and custom games, and once you hit 100 you can't download anymore until you delete some.
