why do people ruin it for others by having a 2nd account so they can win all games

on halo 3? I'm not very good, but when i'm playing against people ranked the same as me they are way better. clearly they have set up a second account just so they can play easy games against ones like me. i think its sad. why do they do it?

Because Halo is notorious for having the worst community on Earth...

Try playing CoD4, Gears of War, or Team Fortress.

Team Fortress is an awesome game with a great community. The class system allows for a wide range of techniques and no matter your skill level you are always an asset to a team while still allowing more skilled players to shine.

Halo 3 is crap. they don't get new accounts to play lower levels they do it so they can level up because halo 3's ranking system is crap and needs to be fixed. play call of duty 4 its a much better game and the ranking system is not broken
