why is it that some people can snipe so well on halo 3 and how can i do the same?

i know that some people cheat. how can you cheat on a multiplayer game that is being played in real time? what are some of the halo 3 cheats?

honestly i know guys who never cheat and are insanelay good in my opinion there are 3 keys 1. always keep ure reticle at head level for a quicker snipe 2. get ure look sensitivity to a good leve l where u can iaim wuickly but ure not out of control and the last is practice always practice with friends and then go play its al about practicing and getting everyhting cpnsisten
