Will Halo 3: ODST come to the PS3?

I heard somewhere that Halo 3: ODST (Halo 3: Recon) was coming to the PS3 as well as the 360. Is this true? I also heard that Bungie and Microsoft split so is it possible for a Halo game to come to a non-Microsoft console??

If you heard that anywhere besides Bungie.net, it's not true. Why would they release a game that has HALO 3 in the title, when none of the games have ever been released for the console?
