Would this work to return halo 3?

well i bought halo 3 and it came scratched...i only played 2 levels and wasnt satisfied at all before the game froze....so i want to get another game that for sure i want....its dead space...so my plan is to return halo 3 for another copy and the next day ill get ayy different family member to exchange the halo 3 with dead space.....so would that work?

if the halo that u originally bought was used already then just trade it in 4 dead space. btw it doesn't matter who brings the game back to the store or buys another, it will all work out the same.

if it was new then complain to the place that it came scratched and sell it back to the store. Then use that money to buy dead space.

No. Just get a different halo 3 that works and enjoy the game. It's great, and better with Xbox live

Oh boy, you are going to have to throw a fit at the store. That way they know your serious and they are not going to get rid of you that easy. Show them the scratch. Tell them you really want a refund. If they say no, then get mad and ask if they have any better options. They will exchange it for another copy and think they got the better of you since they didn't have to give back your money. Nice!

if you have your receipt and your game was damaged yeah you probably can. If it has been a long period of time from the time u bought it. I doubt it
